Before coaching begins, I collect data and provide you with a personalized insights report that you will leverage to make informed decisions throughout the program.

FINDING YOUR FLOW
Here's what you can expect when you invest in your development with Manager Flow coaching:
Before coaching begins, your entire team (including you) will be asked to complete a questionnaire. I provide email templates to make communication with your team simple and quick. Although it should only take each team member ~20 minutes to complete the questionnaire, you have the flexibility to complete it anytime before the deadline (you will see the deadline on the enrollment page and confirmation). I will summarize my findings to provide you with insights that will help you make informed decisions as you progress through the program.
Your Week 1 coaching session is an introduction to the program to ensure you are set up for success. After that, you will tackle each of the 5 domains one-by-one focusing on each domain for two weeks (details below). Your final coaching session during Week 12 is designed to prepare you to keep things running smoothly even after coaching ends.
The key to learning just about anything is to actually do it. I do not just tell you what you need to know and leave you to figure out what to do with that information on your own; I provide you with a step-by-step guide using my proven method to help you apply what you’ve learned.
I know even the best managers are often short on time, so I provide you with templates that you can use or customize to fit your needs. This way, you won’t waste time creating new documents, and you can focus on your priorities.
