Truth + Trust + Transformation is an 8-week facilitated experience that is designed to cultivate (and repair) genuine trust between members of your team.

 

TRANSFORM YOUR TEAM WITH TRUST

By the end of Truth + Trust + Transformation, your team will:

Identify and examine the actions that build and break trust. Consider the impact of actions or events on your team that have boosted or eroded trust.

Understand what, specifically, is meaningful to your colleagues as it relates to building trust and reconcile that with your own perspective.

Address any history that has been holding the team back. Take actions that open the opportunity to trust (or repair) and be trustworthy.

FINDING THE TRUST

Here's what you can expect when you invest in your team with the Truth + Trust + Transformation experience:

 

TAILORED EXPERIENCE

Your entire team will be asked to complete a questionnaire. I will leverage my findings to tailor your facilitated experiences.

BREATHING ROOM

You cannot and will not build or repair trust overnight. Many of the choices I made when designing this program were made to allow for the time and space to do it right.

TRANSFORMATION PLAYBOOK

The key to learning just about anything is to actually do it. I do not simply tell you what you need to know and leave you to figure out what to do with that information on your own; I provide you with a step-by-step guide to help you apply what you’ve learned.

Part 1

TRUTH


2 weeks

survey + interviews

First, I listen to understand the true experiences of people on your team. Everyone on your team is asked to complete a questionnaire and some people participate in 1:1 confidential interviews with me (as needed). This allows me to uncover what is already working well and what is not when it comes to cultivating trust on your team.

Note: I determine if/when interviews are necessary on a case-by-case basis.

Part 2

TRUST


2 weeks

on-demand video + facilitated experience

Everyone on your team will be invited to watch a video (online and at a time of their choosing) with the goal of getting everyone on the same page about the approach and frameworks we will use, which will allow us to make the most of our time together during the facilitated experience (i.e., so we can spend our time in conversation instead of reading or me talking at you for long periods of time). Then, I will facilitate an experience for the entire team where we will explore what is currently helping and holding your team back with regard to trust.

Part 3

TRANSFORMATION


4 weeks

action + facilitated experience

Your team will be asked to incorporate what they learn from the first facilitated experience and take action. After a few weeks, we will reconvene for a second facilitated experience to explore the impact of the actions you've taken and determine how to continue growing trust within the team.
